By accessing or using the Life Note application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Life Note a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Life Note and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Educational and Inspirational Purposes Only: The content provided through the Service, including any interactions with mentors or public figures, is intended for educational and inspirational purposes only. The mentors are fictionalized representations based on public domain information and widely available resources.
No Endorsement: Any references to real persons, living or deceased, are not intended to imply any affiliation with or endorsement by such individuals. Life Note does not claim any rights to the names, likenesses, or personas of any public figures featured within the Service.
All content is sourced from public domain materials and widely recognized information. We strive to respect all intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. In no event shall Life Note, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service, including interactions with fictionalized mentors; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your information.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
